How do I track my order?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped, we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service Here Immediately!

  • When will my order shipped?

    When the stock of the purchased product is sufficient, from Monday to Friday, the product in your order will be sent out within 24h-48h. If you purchase the product at the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday.

    When a product is suddenly out of stock or it is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of about one week at least. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for details of the delay.
